Port Patios is a locally owned business that employs local people. This means that we are here for you if you need us. We trade from our office in Belah Road, Port Macquarie where you can visit our showroom, view our product range, and meet our team in person.
Chris & Kylie Brown have owned Port Patios since July 2002 and have serviced many homes in our region. They believe in quality relationships with clients, suppliers and staff.
Chris & Kylie believe that local business should support the community as much as possible. Over the years they have supported the Rural Fire Service, domestic violence ambassadors Run Against Violence, Creek to Creek, Port Macquarie Veteran Affairs and sponsored events such as Port Macquarie Running Festival, the Barefoot Charity Ball and the Laurieton Multi-sports Challenge, to name a few. They both offer themselves as volunteers in many roles out in the community.
Our team are specialists in our field. We focus on installing lifestyle products every day and ensure that they are built to last with quality fittings, fixtures & materials. We have a full time staff model so that all our staff are focused on giving you the best possible outcome and accountable for your works.
Our installation team are a playful bunch who love being spoilt by our clients with a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. They are well mannered, honest and reliable, and our clients rave about how delightful they were when visiting their home. The whole Port Patios team believes in giving service with a smile and hold good old fashion values.

The bushfires that devastated our community in November 2019 were a turning point for our business at Port Patios. As the flames drew near, we made the difficult decision to close our doors temporarily. Five of our dedicated staff members bravely volunteer to serve as part of the RFS operations, putting their lives on the line to protect our cherished community. Witnessing their unwavering commitment and selflessness during those challenging times filled us with immense pride.
Being part of something bigger than ourselves has always been a part of our ethos at Port Patios. We believe that it is our duty to contribute to the well-being of our community and stand beside those who are facing adversity. The dedication and bravery displayed by our staff members only reinforce our commitment to supporting them and the wider community whenever the need arises.
Leading our team is Chris Brown, licensed builder. Chris started his career as a carpenter in 1992 and has completed his advanced diploma in construction, obtaining a full builders licence. Chris can assist you in any of your building queries to ensure your works are compliant with NSW laws, engineered to manufacturers specifications and built to Australian standards whilst assisting you to create a Design you will love.
As a fully licensed builder Port Patios has eligibility to Home Owners Warranty Insurance for the larger projects exceeding $20,000 as per the Home Building Act. It’s important when choosing your builder that they have the correct insurances in place so that you as the homeowner are not at risk.
We source our materials from quality suppliers that we believe to be the best on the market. Our fitters are trained in each product to ensure they are installed to manufacturers specifications. This ensures you get a quality lifestyle product you can enjoy for many years. Port Patios have many reputable brands on their product inventory and enjoy a wonderful relationship with all their suppliers and manufacturers.
